Eric Armstrong, Assistant Dean of Students for Equity, Inclusion, and BelongingDescription of Job Duties:Assist Director in the hiring, managing, and training of the Orientation staff.Assist Director in the development and execution of Transfer Orientation.Manage 8-10 Student Commuter Assistants and their programming for the campus community.Provide oversight on the distribution of Commuter lockers.Oversee the collection of updated information for the North Central Book, Information Central.Coordinate the family newsletters (2x per term).Create and manage programming for the December term events (1 per day for 3-week term).Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications:Accepted into a graduate program at North Central College.Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Intermediate skills using MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel.Approximate number of work hours per week:
20 hours per week during the academic year, excluding academic breaksNew or Replacement:
