Posting Number: PG193035EPInternal Recruitment: NoWorking Title: Assistant Director for Assessment and Program EvaluationAnticipated Hiring Range: Commensurate with education and experience ($82,000 - $85,000)Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some nights and weekendsJob Location: Department of Counseling ServicesAbout the Department: The Division of Academic & Student Affairs (DASA) at NC State serves all students through academic affairs, student affairs, and University College.The Counseling Center at NC State offers professional counseling services and outreach to students facing personal, academic, or vocational challenges.The Assistant Director for Assessment and Program Evaluation will be responsible for administrative duties, direct service to students, consultation with university faculty/staff, and supervision and training.Responsibilities include:Individual and group counselingOutreach programmingConsultationManagement of crisis situationsProgram evaluation and assessmentQualifications:Minimum Education and Experience: Post-baccalaureate credentials or equivalent experience. Other required qualifications include administrative and leadership experience, multicultural competencies, crisis management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in counseling or psychology, post-licensure experience, and expertise in program development and evaluation.Required License(s) or Certification(s): Appropriate licensure by mental health discipline as per North Carolina laws.
