Other required qualifications include administrative and leadership experience, multicultural competencies, crisis management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in counseling or psychology, post-licensure experience, and expertise in program development and evaluation.Required License(s) or Certification(s): Appropriate licensure by mental health discipline as per North Carolina laws.
