Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities by connecting them to high-quality care.Pair Team cares for the highest-need Medicaid recipients through a community-led model. We build local partnerships with shelters, food pantries, and other community-based organizations to turn them into a site of care. As a support system for the community, we provide wraparound clinical services, up-skill CBO staff to become Community Health Workers, and utilize our proprietary data-driven technology platform, Arc, for care coordination. Through Medicaid MCOs, we provide healthcare for hard-to-reach, high-need individuals, while sharing healthcare dollars with community groups to expand their social support programs.About the Opportunity

As Pair Team’s People Business Partner, you’ll have the privilege and responsibility of supporting our Care Team employee experience while helping to lay additional foundations with Pair Team's People team. You’ll be a champion of Pair Team culture, values, and strengthening a psychologically safe working environment. Partnering with the EVP of Operations, Care Team leaders, and People Team, you’ll advise the organization on best practices so that our employees continue to have fulfilling, engaging experiences working at Pair Team as they improve healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities. Ultimately, you’ll be nurturing and continuing to build People processes and systems that scale Pair Team’s culture as we rapidly grow.This is a fully remote position that reports directly to the Senior Manager, People.What You’ll Do

Have influence on shaping the culture of a fast-growing teamManage and improve our employee relations and People processes so that Pair Team team members feel supported and valued by the organizationPartner with and coach Care Team managers as a support with performance management, retention, engagement and overall team successAssist divisions in organizational design activities to streamline and implement new organization structures, roles, and/or processes that create speed & efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demandsAssist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to support the evolution of the business and achieve sustainable business resultsEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and rules as a means of best practiceWhat You’ll Need

4+ years as a People/HR BP, preferably with experience at fast-growing health-tech or health-adjacent companiesTeam-player and able to flex as needed to support Care Team support and People Team initiativesPassionate about supporting employees to do their best workStrong communicator and able to easily build trust and rapport with stakeholdersMission-driven and passionate about helping marginalized communitiesExperience gaining trust and building strong working relationships with diverse team members and organization leadersProven ability to use metrics-driven approaches to solve complex people problemsStrong program management skills, proven ability to design clear and efficient processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solvingHighly organized and self-motivated to work successfully in a remote environment
