Pay Rate:

$56,093.62 - $77,131.97 AnnuallyPay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

Adds new orders and monitors existing orders to completion of the Sales Order TrackerReviews new orders for completeness and accuracyReviews the Order Tracker for completed assigned tasksFollows up on task assignments to ensure processing of each order is expedited as quickly as possibleCloses out orders in the Sales Order Tracker once all assignments have been completed and key order dates have been enteredReviews commission worksheets and if necessary and corresponds with Sales Management for further clarification or assistanceCorresponds directly with salesmen on issues related to ordersKeeps CCE sales reps. informed on parts, machine kits, CAT work tools, non-CAT attachment information, and any related literatureStays in constant daily contact with the sales managers when they are in the office or in the field with sales repsHandles walk-in and call-in customer inquiries at their branch locationFacilitates shop contact between the CCE sales rep and the shop coordinatorOther duties as assigned by manager

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Assigns order processing tasks to specialists including Finance, Credit, Shop Coordinators, Order Specialists, Rental Fleet personnel, Technology Products, Invoice Specialists, and miscellaneous Sales and Sales Administration personnelRequired Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED3+ of administrative experience with an emphasis in sales administrationPhysical Demands & Competencies:

Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearingSedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 poundsData Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skillsSafety & Product KnowledgeBasic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPointIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelWork Environment:
