Pay Rate:

$56,093.62 - $77,131.97 AnnuallyPay rate is based upon education & experience.

Ensures data is entered accurately into computer systemsMaintains documentation of all processes and procedures for the positionMaintains a document of all issues and resolutionEnsures Caterpillar protocol is followedEnsures all work is performed in a safe manor and company policy followedMaintains a clean and organized work spaceBack order research on items that are on CAT back orderMaintains a proper accounting of parts catalogs such as: One Safe Source, GET & undercarriage guides, hardware catalogs, etc.Provides backup support for various parts administration functions (suggested stock orders, Parts WIP, customer support, etc.)Assists Parts Administration Manager by performing fact-finding research and analysis related to parts systems and operationsWhen Caterpillar sends out part information to check date codes for possible removal from Wagner locations, coordinates the efforts to ensure incorrect inventory is removed and claimed to parts warrantyInteracts with all internal & external Wagner customers, Caterpillar, and other vendor personnel as required in a professional mannerWorks with Caterpillar personnel to get incorrect information updated in SIS, NPR, IRM’s, Inventory Master file, book publications, hose information, etc.Communicates with factory personnel in Parts Inventory Control, Parts Technical, Engineering, the specific product groups & Parts Logistics as well as Wagner Service Technical personnelWhile interacting with customers, must enhance business relationshipsReports findings to Caterpillar as soon as identified regarding: Parts dimensions not accurate, holes drilled incorrectly, outer or inter diameters not correct, part too short or long, basically any variation which renders the part unusableVerification of parts dimensions to ensure the correct part was received. This may require having prints pulled of the part, measuring or having others at other location or Caterpillar measure current stockIdentifies other options when parts are not readily available, this may include identifying higher part groups containing the part, working with Caterpillar to determine a possible standard part that may be purchased from another vendor in dire need situations (examples would be bolts, seals, electrical parts, etc.)Other duties as assigned by managerRequired Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GEDSome College or Trade School3-5 years administrative/clerical experience3-5 years customer service experience3-5 years technical or mechanical (machine service/maintenance)Physical Demands & Competencies:
