Pay Rate:
$17.13 - $24.56 per hourPay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

Primarily responsible for answering department emails, skype messages, and phones to support branchesAssists in the distribution of computer generated reports and all daily mailPrepares Barometer for Caterpillar monthlyFiles discrepancy claims with all vendors and insures accurate claim settlementsPrepares Caterpillar and management reportsPlaces novelty ordersPrepares miscellaneous reports and graphs as requiredApproves invoices as requiredProvides back-up for various inventory control proceduresProvides back-up support for other department clerical functionsManages ARM funnelOrders Cat literaturePrepares monthly barometer and KPI reportsVerify manual inventory changesOther duties as assigned by managerRequired Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED1-3 years administrative/clerical experience1-3 years customer service experience1-3 years technical or mechanical experience1-3 years prior experience in a data-entry environmentPrior experience in a parts department preferredPhysical Demands & Competencies:
Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearingSedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 poundsData Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skillsSafety & Product KnowledgeTen-key and typing skills preferredBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft OutlookIntermediate knowledge of DBSWork Environment:
