Pay Rate: $19.59- $27.31 per hour.

Pay rate is dependent on education and experience.

Essential Functions:

Tracking, reporting, and scheduling vendor and repair services for rental fleets.Pulling rental fleet M&R reports and coordinating corrections to mistaken charges on accounts.Analyzing, reporting, ordering and coordinating the purchase, operation of rental fleet telematics.Coordinates and tracks vendor repairs and invoicing with branches.Coordinates service meetings to analyze, track, and report fleet repair status.Identifies and coordinates fleet transfers to optimize shop throughput and fleet availability.Assist with coordinating and tracking repair approvals and monitoring thresholds.Opens, tracks, and inputs data into work orders.Maintain records, logs, and files.Creates and reviews reports as required.Creates and processes purchase orders as required.Prepares and enters orders, receiving and, invoicing as required.Opens, tracks, and inputs data to work orders.Reviews work in progress reports to assure jobs are open no longer than needed.Provides general clerical and staff support for Rental Fleet Management as required.Provides back-up for various inventory control procedures.Provides back-up support for other rental and service department functions.Receives calls from internal and external customer, obtaining all pertinent information needed to assist.Interfaces with and assists other employees to assure jobs are performed timely and effective.Interacts with vendors to ensure accurate and timely information is communicated and documented.Other duties as assigned by manager.Required Education and Experience:
