Our Banquet Captain will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of all private events and club functions. The Captain is responsible for everything from inspecting and approving table settings to supervising all servers and team members during events.Primary Functions:Support Director of Banquets in all day-to-day operationsClosely communicate with event host to ensure the perfect executionLead by example and by training to set a standard of excellence for all employeesMust be able to lift, carry, push and pull food trays/carts, chairs, and tables up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.Benefits:Full-time position401k benefits includedGreat Healthcare including Medical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsLife Insurance Ad & D with short- and long-term disabilityExpertly crafted shift mealsRate of pay will commensurate with experienceGenerous paid time off policy and holiday payOpportunities to participate in company picnics, educations, contests, and more!Qualifying Experience and Education:At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality venue
