Sr Paralegal

Growing Law Firm in San Jose has a need for a Sr Paralegal. It is a direct hire role with a full benefits package.This top-performing law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in civil and/or commercial litigation to join their team. The role involves providing litigation and general administrative support to attorneys within the Litigation Practice Group.Key responsibilities:Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materialsOrganizing and maintaining filesFiling documents with local, state, and federal courtsScheduling and summarizing depositionsAssisting with trial preparationReviewing attorney billing and managing revisions and calendaring of meetings and court datesScheduling travel and handling general administrative dutiesQualifications:- 2-7 years of litigation experience- Paralegal certificate preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required- Experience in ProLaw and NetDocs (or similar document management systems) advantageous- Strong communication, customer service, flexibility, and initiative- Excellent organization, prioritization, and proofreading/editing skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
