OverviewAmyx is seeking to hire a Capabilities Requirements Division Lead to support our US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in the DC/Metro area.

ResponsibilitiesServes as the Amyx POC to the Government's CRD Director, and to provide supervision and guidance for all CRD contractor personnel assigned to the task order. The lead will be responsible for ensuring each of the task areas below are completed in an accurate and timely manner:

- Capabilities Requirements Division (CRD) Operational Integration Support- Operational Requirements Support- Operatonal Test and Evaluation Support- Operational Capability Analysis Support- Risk based decision System Support, Staff Support- Program Acquisition Executive Support

QualificationsThe CRD lead shall have at least 8 years of experience in analyzing capability needs, requirements and gaps.

The CRD Lead shall have demonstrated strong experience managing and overseeing the successful implementation of solutions that are designed, engineered, tested, and sustained meeting operational needs.

Additionally, the Lead must have proven experience managing teams, understating cost and schedule restraints and working with operating components on user requirements. Must have an active CBP Background Investigation.
