Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient careAssisting patients with daily activities such as changing and bathingMeasuring and recording vital signsAdministering basic treatmentsHelping to ensure a safe care environmentContinuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are metEnsuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitudeGood communication skillsMust be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skillsQualifications
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or GED requiredMinimum Experience:
2 years of Acute Care experienceLicenses/Certifications:
BLS requiredCNA preferred
