Essential Function/Responsibilities:Supporting nursing personnel in providing direct patient careAssisting patients with daily activitiesMeasuring and recording vital signsAdministering basic treatmentsHelping to ensure a safe care environmentContinuous rounding throughout shift to ensure patient and family needs are metEnsuring patients and families have a positive patient experience by exhibiting PRIDE behaviors, rounding, collaboration, teamwork and a positive attitudeGood communication skillsMust be able to work in a fast paced environment and have positive customer service skillsQualifications
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum Experience:
Ability to multitask and function in a fast paced pre op and second stage areaAcute care experience strongly preferredEMT experience welcome to applyLicense/Certification:
Certified Nursing Assistant preferredBLS required
