Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the construction project, ensuring it aligns with specifications and meets quality standardsManage project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective completion of the battery manufacturing facilityCollaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams, architects, and contractors to address design modifications and ensure compliance with regulationsSupervise and lead a multidisciplinary construction team, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environmentImplement and enforce strict protocols for handling highly sensitive tools and equipment within clean room environmentsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptlyManage trade contractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, safety guidelines, and timelinesRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equavalent experienceProven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector that were ground-up and/or retrofit projectsIn-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process systemsFamiliarity with clean room protocols and the integration of highly sensitive toolsStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teamsExceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challengesWillingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met
