DUTIESAs Assistant Head Nurse you will provide operational and administrative support to the Unit Nurse Manager.Recruiting and training staff.Assigning unit nursing tasks.Coordinating and making shift assignments.Monitoring and assessing unit staff performance.Providing hands-on technical assistance, leadership, and support for nursing staff.Preparing and assisting with the preparation of Nurse Management, incident, accident, and investigatory reports

REQUIREMENTS:
