Account Manager

Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and eager to make an impact in the 3D printing and manufacturing sectors? CADimensions, Inc. is looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as Account Manager. In this role, you'll help generate leads, cultivate relationships, and sell our CADimensions Service Bureau for 3D printed parts. You'll also assist with quoting, customer relations, fulfillment, and shipping. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

· Lead Generation: Prospect and generate leads for our 3D printed parts business, uncovering new opportunities with existing and potential customers.

· Sales Execution: Quote, progress, and close sales for 3D printed parts.

· Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive satisfaction and retention.

· Opportunity Creation: Generate leads for 3D printer sales and potentially software products.

· Customer Partnership: Investigate and understand potential customers' needs to determine the best application of our 3D printed parts.

· Promotion: Promote CADimensions Service Bureau services through our website and encourage customer engagement.

· Inbound Lead Management: Follow up on all inbound leads for 3D Printed Part requests, including those from other teams.

· CRM Management: Utilize NetSuite CRM and Sales Loft to manage all sales activities and interactions.

· Collaboration: Work with the Sales Manager to drive lead generation initiatives and support the overall sales strategy.

· Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

· Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

· Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

· Passionate about cutting-edge technology, particularly in the fields of 3D printing.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

· Self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to drive business growth through innovative approaches.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

· Knowledge of Stratasys or additive manufacturing.

· A challenger mentality focused on solutions-based sales.

· CRM Experience, specifically HubSpot or SalesForce.
