We help our clients, from individual advisors to financial institutions, build great wealth management businesses with a range of solutions from custody and brokerage to investment advisory and technology platforms.Within the Business Strategy & Growth Division, Institution Services enables banks, credit unions, insurance companies, and other financial institutions to run and scale their wealth business with the support of LPL’s industry-leading platform.The Strategic Partnership Alignment team aims to establish LPL as the premier strategic advisor to institutions with a structured, consultative approach to enhancing our clients’ businesses.Responsibilities:

Guide strategic direction — Prioritize new growth solutions based on client demand and feedback, opportunity size, and business viability.Create pathways for solution delivery — Partner with teams across the firm including Product, Technology, and Marketing.Build relationships across the firm — Present and collaborate with leaders across the firm to get their buy-in.Unlock growth opportunities — Define standard processes for Sales and Relationship Management.What are we looking for?

4+ years of experience, ideally in management consulting, sales enablement, and/or product management.Experience building and presenting executive-level presentations in PowerPoint.Ability to create "customer journeys" to identify opportunities to improve processes.Ability to understand and communicate high-level strategy and break down business models to their fundamentals.Core Competencies:

$114,300.00 - $190,500.00. Actual base salary varies based on factors including relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.Why LPL?
