Job Title: Senior Matter ExpertLocation: [Insert Location]Education: Bachelor's Level DegreeJob Type: Full-timeJob Description:The Senior Matter Expert is the primary focal point for interface and coordination with Mission Services (SSC/CGO) and provides technical guidance and consultation assistance to managers and employees regarding all areas of Human Resource, Personnel, and Administrative processes.Specific Duties:Automated Data Processing Equipment Management:

Oversee the tracking of all assigned hardware; set up and move computers for new and/or current users; conduct at minimum semi-annual inventory of all items in the equipment accounts; respond to technical assistance requests, including Base Help Desk regarding hardware malfunctions and support resolution of common network and computer problems.Facility Management:

Oversee the management of all Aerospace facility allocations and support monthly board meetings between organizations; provide detailed, quantifiable documentation and thorough justification for assessment findings, corrective action plans, and recommendations.Education, Professional Development, and Recognition Program Management:

Coordinate with functional organizations regarding government and non-governmental training courses; maintain employee training records, including PME, ADPP, and IDP planning and assessment for professional development and career advancement.Unit Deployment, Readiness, and Self-Assessment Program Management:

Oversee the tracking of deployment personnel and equipment, including training, deployment preparation, and redeployment activities.Performance Management:

Oversee and/or manage organization’s military performance reports, feedback forms, military promotion forms, stratifications, and force shaping forms in accordance with regulations; maintain records of performance on all military members.Manpower, Personnel, and Information Management:

Provide guidance and recommendations on completing manpower and personnel documentation; maintain the unit personnel management roster, organizational charts, unit manning document, and related organizational rosters.Job Requirements:Minimum Education & Certification(s):

BA/BS Degree Required, MA/MS Preferred, PMP Certification PreferredMinimum Yrs. Experience and/or Expertise:

10+ Years’ Experience Required, Experience with TMT PreferredClearance:

$170,000-210,000Work, Physical and Mental Requirements:This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing may be required, which would require the ability to move files or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary, with the ability to lift up to 40lbs. Mental demands include reading, effective communication (verbal and written), and maintaining emotional control and professionalism.
