Job Description
Provide Senior-Level Human Resource Support including prepare reports, papers and briefings IAW AFH 33-337 and SSC communications policies and templates; manage education and professional development program; act as UDM, manage organizations military performance reports and awards and decorations processes; assist in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing and monitoring action items, suspenses and responses; provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures; and prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings. Additional duties may include but not limited to Supply Management, Space Allocation Management, Military and Civilian Manpower Management, Reserve Coordinator, and DTS Coordinator
Facility and equipment administration, including scheduling, tracking, and maintaining common-use facilities and equipmentInformation management, including records management, FOIA, Privacy Act, and telephone controlAdministrative support, including writing and maintaining office plans and procedures, monitoring additional duties, and supporting the resource augmentation duty programRecords management, including coordinating with records custodians, ensuring compliance with Air Force Instructions, and conducting staff assistance visitsFreedom of Information Act and Privacy Act support, including working with the base Freedom of Information Act manager and preparing responses to requestsTelephone control officer duties, including submitting phone updates, changes, deletions, and additionsCoordinate all personnel management activities with associated management personnel including In/Out Processing program support, including updating the checklist and briefing new employees, Permanent Change of Assignment, Permanent Change of Station and Vulnerable to Move Lists and notify leadership of timelines to submit requisitions, reclamas, and Senior Leader Request.Defense Travel System (DTS) coordination, including advising and recommending corrections, assisting users with creating and processing orders and vouchers, and providing routine and emergency/urgent responsesControlled Spend Account (CSA), Government Travel Card (GTC), or equivalent card/instrument support, including assisting travelers with card issues and providing trainingSupport the Directorate training program, ensuring personnel receive training as required. Develop and maintain the organization's training budget and obligation estimates and coordinate with functional organizations regarding non-Governmental training courses.Support the professional and career development training program ensuring government member training history records are complete, accurate, and as per regulatory guidelines.Support the unit deployment/readiness management program IAW AFH 10-416. including activities such as preparing for deployment and redeployment; monitoring and tracking deploying personnel and equipment products; reviewing deployment tasking planning documents; inputting, extracting, and interpreting data in automated information systems such as Status of Resources and Training Program (SORTS) and the AEF Reporting Tool (ART); analyzing emergency action messages, and recommending solutions;Manage and track the organization's military performance reports, feedback forms, military promotion forms, stratifications, and force shaping forms in accordance with regulations, IAW DAFI 36-2406, DAFI 36-2501 and other applicable personnel guidance.Assist in the submission and processing of military and civilian awards (IAW DODI1400.25V451_DAFI36-1004) and decorations, quarterly and annual awards, and special trophies IAW DAFMAN 36-2806 and DAFI 36-2803 to include but not limited to: monitoring the military and civilian out-bounds and notifying the Government of decoration package timelines, ordering plaques, and assisting the Government with All Calls

This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
