The Senior – Level Executive Support lead will be responsible for providing Acquisition advice and support to the FOG and must have a clear understanding of the SSC organizations and external organization that work with this office. They will be responsible for the management, oversight, and development of all PK Executive Support tasks.General Duties Include:

Ability to prepare reports, papers and briefings in AW DAFH 33-3337, SSC Communication policies, and prepare correspondence IAW AFMAN33-326. They will also need to assist the FOG in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing, and monitoring action items, suspenses, and responses; provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures; and prepare agendas, reports and briefings for staff meetings.They also support senior leadership calendar of events to include business meetings, office business rhythm, organizational calendar management and the synchronization of supported activities via Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Responsibilities:

Information Management : Analyze, interpret, track, monitor and disseminate all tasks including, but not limited to, monitoring personal email, organizational email, and Task Management Tool for tasks, and assisting in reviewing, coordinating, distributing, consolidating, analyzing, and monitoring action items and responses to ensure deadlines are met. Tasks include, but are not limited to, performance reports, employee feedbacks, promotion recommendation forms, awards and decorations, quarterly/annual awards, special trophies, training, and Director's Action Group tasks.Personnel Management : Complete tasks including add/delete employees, navigating the database, and support the Government timekeeper in support of the Automated Time Attendance and Production System database. Provide support services including but not limited to responding to routine queries; preparing reports, papers, and briefings; reviewing staff packages and recommending changes; organizing calendars; maintaining conference room schedules; scheduling/setting-up meetings and conferences; creating and maintaining staff slides; answering telephones; taking/relaying messages; in/out processing employees; picking up mail; updating and submitting recall rosters; and tracking military and civilian personnel actions for their assigned office. Provide information, analysis, and recommendations for the effective alignment of portfolio acquisitions, manpower, and funding for management and integration of the portfolio.Defense Travel System : Act as Travel Clerk and perform Defense Travel System (DTS) functions on behalf of the traveler including, but not limited to, reserving airline tickets, hotel accommodations and rental cars; preparing itineraries; and assisting travelers with completing vouchers upon return. Provide recommended corrections to the Government regarding DTS document preparation, submission, and coordination issues via read only access in DTS. Create, correct, and process orders and vouchers for DTS and update personal profiles for DTS users. Understand applicable DoD, US Space Force, and Air Force directives/regulations and the Privacy Act.Job Requirements

Minimum Education & Certification(s):

BA/BS Required, Master’s Degree Preferred, PMP PreferredMinimum Yrs. Experience and/or Expertise:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.Physical Demands:

This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.Mental Demands:
