Provide draft and updated SSC/IA strategic communication plan.
Contribute to the development of, and help execute, the SSC/IA strategy.
Keep abreast of internal and external changes to Department of Defense, Air Force, andSpace Force International Affairs policies and strategies.
Support updates to any SSC/IA policies and strategies to align with any significantchanges in Department guidance.
Maintain SSC/IA office records in accordance with records keeping guidance.
Provide draft strategic presentation and messaging products.
Develop and update the SSC/IA Mission Brief.
Develop, and maintain currency of, the newcomers briefing.
Develop and edit SSC/IA priority matrix/war room products.
Develop strategic messaging as directed by the Director/Deputy Director.
Provide recommendations to the SSC/IA staff on processes and proceduresimprovements or initiatives.
Review and provide quality control of all staff packages and tasking deliverables toinclude formatting and edits for all taskers internal or external.
Develop, implement, and improve office policies and procedures for approval by theDirector.
Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives of theDivision. Respond to routine or nontechnical requests. Assemble SSC/IA seniorleadership staffing packages for review, signature, and staffing.
Develop SSC/IA operational instructions.
Provide inputs, analysis, and recommendations in support of future space enterprisecooperative concepts that include quantitative and qualitative analysis consistent withSSC/IA process and standards for leadership decision making.
Job RequirementsMinimum/General Experience: 10+ years demonstrated experience in related fields

Salary Range: $145,000-$170,000WORK, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS*Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinelyuses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filingcabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing mayberequired. This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filingcabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotionalcontrol and professionalism.
