We are seeking an experienced restaurant and lounge manager to lead our front-of-house team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, including supervising servers, bartenders, and hostesses
Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized attention to guests and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for front-of-house staff
Monitor sales and revenue goals and implement strategies to increase profitability
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant and lounge
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in restaurant or lounge management, preferably in a high-volume setting
Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and other relevant software
Strong understanding of local health codes and regulations
