Qualifications
JD from an ABA accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of ArizonaAdmitted to practice in the State of California with real experience a strong plus3+ years of personal injury defense litigation experienceTransportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulatory experience preferred but not requiredSuperior analytical skills and ability to navigate novel legal issuesStrong written and oral communication skillsDeposition and law and motion experience preferredAbility to work within a fast-paced team environmentResponsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners around the country on legal projectsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsRegularly handle court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositionsWhy Should You Apply?
