Qualifications
JD from an accredited Law SchoolAdmitted to practice and experience in the state of Nevada3+ years of insurance coverage and defense litigation experienceExperience in evaluating insurance coverage under general liability, umbrella/excess, auto, and/or professional liability policies a plusExperience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practiceSuperior written and oral communication skills requiredLegal project management experience is helpfulResponsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
