Qualifications

JD from an accredited law schoolLicensed in North or South Carolina, licensed in both is a plus3+ years of defense litigation experienceExperience in one or more (preferred) of the following areas: general liability, transportation, catastrophic bodily injury and insurance coverage litigation.Superior communication, writing, and research skillsLegal project management experience is helpfulResponsibilities

Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to endWork closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsWhy Should You Apply?
