We are looking for an

End User Computing Lead/Manager

with 8 to 14 years of experience in managing and maintaining Windows environments, IT asset management, network infrastructure, and Video Conferencing Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the end user computing area.Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure services support, hardware & software asset management.Experienced in Intune/Autopilot infrastructure.Experienced in Windows image deployment & management.Sound knowledge of the ITIL framework.Demonstrable technical expertise in deploying MS applications, operating systems, and their migrations.Act as an escalation point for EUC related tasks, including Laptop/Desktop installation, configurations, and troubleshooting.Patch management of Windows systems.Deep technical skills in Microsoft Core technologies - DNS, DHCP, WINS, Intune, SCCM, etc.Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and related configurations.Cisco VC systems administration, IT asset management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Desired Skills:Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.).Experience in server-related technologies – Windows Server 2016, 2019.Knowledge of Linux / Ubuntu servers.Experience in ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM discovery and Software Asset management.Work Hours:CET time zone (11:30 AM to 9:30 PM IST)Qualifications:MCA/B-Tech/BE in Computer Science or Information Technology.Certifications – Desirable:Azure Administrator Associate.Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals.Microsoft Certified Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty.
