PPO and HDHP/HSA options.Dental with two plan optionsLife, disability, long term care insurances401(k) with an employer matchGenerous paid time off for full time employeesBonus opportunitiesYour Day.As a MA/LPN/RN in Pediatrics you need to know how to:Assist in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider and/or physician, which could include casting, bracing, and injectionsProvide clinical triage/communication as defined by protocol or per provider instructionsPrepare treatment rooms for examination of patients including sterilization, cleaning, and checks on medical equipmentPrepare basic laboratory tests on premises and prepares laboratory specimensPerform Phlebotomy involved with proper collection, labeling, processing, and distribution of specimens for laboratory testing from patients of all agesAssist back office in managing patient flow, paperwork, and customer serviceProvide quality customer service and patient education based on assessment of needsPerform tests and procedures as orderedAccurately document patient encounters and interventions performedRelay provider instruction to patientsAssist with all non-direct patient care tasks (autoclaving, stocking room, scanning records, mailing, etc.)Aids in identifying methods of improving patient careAssist Front Office Staff in managing details of patients, schedule and referralsAssist or lead in emergency situationsMaintains confidentiality regarding patient and business functions of the organization, i.e. HIPAAPerform other duties as assignedYour experience.We hire people, not resumes.
