Roles & Responsibilities

Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Minimum Qualifications

4S Uro medical surgical floor Navy or Maroon Scrubs Telemetry Staffing RN days/nights 5-6:1 with 1 PCT per 10-12 patients days and 12-15 nightsQUALIFICATIONS

Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)National Institutes of Health (NIH)Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) CertificationSound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.The ability to stand for extended periods.Strong technical skills.Knowledge of medical terminologyPassionate about patient careRequires a minimum of two years of RN Med/Surg experience.Graduate from a fully accredited RN programActive unencumbered RN Texas state licenseOne year of Epic experienceRequirements
