The

Treasury Management Deposit Officer

is responsible for developing new Deposit and Treasury Management business relationships for specific target markets of small to medium size businesses.Responsibilities:Develop and execute Deposit and Treasury Management Sales and Prospecting PlanAcquire and develop new deposits and Treasury Management solutions in specific bank regions and industry verticalsEstablish relationships with referral sources and centers of influence to market deposit and Treasury Management servicesWork independently and with team members on prospecting efforts and expansion of business relationships; generate cross-sell opportunities and referralsMaintain in-depth knowledge of the bank's requirements and account opening processes for business customersMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the bank's deposit and Treasury Management products and services, appropriately identifying solutions based on customer needManage the entire sales process including developing and writing proposals, making customer presentations, and executing customer agreementsRequires work on physical bank premises and extensive local travelRequirements:3-5 years of business development, deposit gathering, and Treasury Management Services experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent educational/work experienceSkills:Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructionsWorking conditions are generally favorableWork occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the positionLifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbsANBTX strongly encourages candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish to apply.
