Treasury Management Deposit Officer

Rockland Trust is currently seeking an experienced Treasury Management Deposit Officer to promote and solicit new prospects for significant deposits while creating a value proposition with Treasury Management services. The incumbent is responsible for growth in deposits via external and marketing efforts in order to achieve targets and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Build, develop and maintain profitable deposit relationships with new clients.Develop and execute an effective sales strategy, implementing a formalized calling plan, generating leads and following up on referrals from clients.Exhibit sound knowledge of Treasury Management products and services in order to create a value proposition for the deposit.Articulate compelling value propositions to clients.Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial needs and pain points to tailor solutions effectively.Utilize Salesforce tool to track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.Strong understanding of commercial deposit products and treasury management services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.Goal-oriented mindset with a record of accomplishment of meeting and/or exceeding targets.Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.Ability to manage through a changing business landscape, anticipating issues and aggressively driving initiatives to ensure results.Preferred Bachelor's degree.
