Addir Interfaith Dialogue Fellows
and the
Radius
program in ethics.Will administer the Addir and Radius programs and ensure that program operations run smoothly; facilitate the growth and development of student participants in the Addir Fellows and coach student leaders; and design and implement lectures, workshops, and discussion groups about important ethical issues, particularly related to scientific and technological developments. Will report directly to the chaplain to the Institute/associate dean. A full description is available at

.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (master’s preferred) in a related fieldThree years of experience, preferably in higher educationExcellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple simultaneous projectsUnderstanding of and experience with young adult developmentUnderstanding of diverse religious traditions and successful strategies for interfaith engagementExperience in program developmentUnderstanding of ethical issuesExperience with effective strategies for advocacyMIT is an equal-opportunity employer.
