A premier special effects company is searching for a Sales Manager to join the team at their in Northridge, CA! Salary Range:

$100,000 - $125,000 / year DOE

Sales Manager Requirements:

5-7+ years of B2B sales experience1-2+ years of supervisory/leadership experienceProficiency in Excel (formulas) and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor s degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeStrong communication and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to motivate a diverse teamSales Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a customer service/sales team of 3 employeesOversee order processing, outbound calls, and client engagementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in underserved verticalsManage high-profile clients and build strong relationshipsRespond to orders and requests for quotes, understanding client needs and putting together accurate quotesConvert quotes to orders, collaborating with the production team to ensure client requirements are metOversee the management of 20,000 clients, assisting with payment follow-ups as neededManage marketing efforts, including increasing engagement on social media platformsHandle a sales cycle ranging from immediate orders to long-term custom projectsUse and train others on Account Edge for inventory management and CRM software GoldmineBenefits:
