This Account Manager role will focus on promoting our Compliance Management service that is powered by the web-based platform TrustLayer. TrustLayer is a risk mitigation service/tool that assists clients with managing insurance requirements of their 3rd party subs/providers/vendors, etc. This role will work closely with the sales team to provide a spectrum of innovative strategies to develop and maintain customer’s platform needs.Responsibilities Include:Special emphasis on contractual insurance requirements - review and certificate of insurance tracking.Prepare and manage invoicing of services provided.Prepare account stewardship reports for presentation.Provide technical competence in areas of coverage and appropriate endorsements. Explain and clarify for client.Manage client services, coordinate, and direct the activities.Thorough documentation is required on each account with proper E&O procedures strictly followed.Ability to handle very complex accounts.Other duties and special projects as assigned.Requirements:Education – High School graduate required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience with insurance compliance management for commercial lines clients with special emphasis on COI’s and endorsements.Working knowledge of how to navigate a client’s contractual insurance requirements of their 3rd party vendors/providers/partners.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel and Word.Comfortable with the use of technology – specifically web-based platforms that are utilized to track our clients COI’s.Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.Effective communication skills, both internal and external with clients.Working knowledge of EPIC is preferred but not required.Must be able to work independently and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.Must embody the Heffernan Habits as referenced below.Compensation:The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. The offer will depend on the geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
