“With great passion and integrity, we strive to exceed the expectations of our customers and suppliers.”Job SummaryWith minimal supervision, the Account Executive will provide excellent customer service to 20+ Binny’s retail stores with the goal to grow both Wine and Spirits, handle any issues promptly and effectively, and grow a strong relationship with store staff.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEducate store staff on both new wine and spirit product placements approved by the Corporate office and existing products that need assistance to grow.Monitor, promote and educate store staff on Monthly sale priced selections.Promptly and effectively handle all store delivery issues and hotshot deliveries as needed.Respond timely to all store level winery and distillery visit requests by store staff.Visit stores with local and traveling suppliers to present and educate staff on all RNDC products.Replace all unsalable and demo samples as needed.Advise Corporate of all Customer Special P&A requests and vintage rolls.Assist in all store level re-sets and new store openings as needed.Visit store website on a regular basis and communicate all updated label images and press releases to Corporate.Provide monthly updates to supervisor which includes an assessment of issues and or opportunities.Explain and educate all stores regarding new product placement as approved by the Corporate office plus existing products that need assistance to grow.Book all consumer demo events through demo companies as needed.Minimum QualificationsAt least 1 year of sales experience.BA/BS preferred.Competencies, Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent analytical and organizational skills.Exemplary dependability and efficiency.Ability to balance multiple projects successfully.Ability to effectively present information and promptly respond to inquiries from managers, colleagues and customers.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to problem solve.High proficiency with MS Office.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to drive; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to occasionally lift and carry cases up to 40+ pounds. The employee is required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkFull-Time, Exempt.Monday through Friday, occasional evenings and weekends.
