Healthcare Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of quality healthcare experience. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in healthcare compliance, and admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is highly desirable, although admission in other states may be considered. The position is based in Reno, NV.Duties:Provide legal counsel and guidance on healthcare-related matters.Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to healthcare services.Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation and administrative proceedings.Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies in the healthcare sector.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law.Experience in healthcare compliance is preferred.Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is highly desirable.Admission to practice law in other states may be considered.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Bar admission in California and/or Arizona.Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.Litigation and negotiation skills in healthcare contexts.
