A law firm is currently seeking a qualified Healthcare Attorney for a position based in San Diego, CA.Job Overview:
The Healthcare Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to the law firm's clients in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law, with a preference for those with expertise in healthcare compliance. Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is highly desirable, though admission in other states may be considered.Duties:
Offer legal advice and representation to healthcare clients on a range of issues.Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents pertaining to healthcare matters.Assist in the resolution of healthcare-related disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law.Experience in healthcare compliance is preferred.Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal.Admission to practice law in other states may be considered.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Certification in healthcare law or compliance is a plus.Skills:
Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Knowledge of current healthcare laws and regulations.
