The Healthcare Attorney will provide legal counsel and support to the law firm's clients in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of quality healthcare experience, with a preference for expertise in healthcare compliance. Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal, but admission in other states may be considered.Duties:
Provide legal advice and representation to healthcare clients on various legal matters.Stay abreast of changes in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to healthcare services.Conduct legal research on healthcare issues and provide guidance based on findings.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address legal concerns.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law.Preferred experience in healthcare compliance.Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona (admission in other states may be considered).Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Any relevant certifications in healthcare law or compliance are a plus.Skills:
Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.Company info
