A law firm is currently seeking a Healthcare Attorney with a strong background in healthcare law and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of quality healthcare experience, with a preference for those with specific expertise in healthcare compliance. The position is based in Fresno, CA.Job Overview:
The Healthcare Attorney will provide legal counsel and support to the law firm's healthcare clients. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance issues, and navigating complex legal matters within the healthcare industry.Duties:
Provide legal advice and guidance on healthcare-related matters to clients.Conduct legal research on healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance issues.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to healthcare transactions.Represent clients in healthcare-related litigation, if necessary.Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations that may impact clients.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare law.Experience in healthcare compliance is preferred.Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal.Admission to practice law in other states may be considered.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the State Bar of California and/or Arizona.Skills:
