Because our kitchens make everything from scratch, including all of our bread and desserts, our Pastry and Bakery Prep Cooks are responsible for efficiently portioning ingredients and preparing our recipes to our standards. They also adhere to our quality and sanitation protocols to ensure the highest food safety.
