We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Bridge Engineer with both PE and SE licensure to lead our bridge design and project management efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, and oversight of bridge projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and project timelines.Responsibilities:Lead and manage bridge engineering projects from conception through completion.Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software and methodologies.Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports.Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing structures and conditions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.Professional Engineer (PE) and Structural Engineer (SE) licensure in Illinois.Minimum 7 years of experience in structural bridge design and project management.Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, CSI Bridge, etc.).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Professional development opportunities and continuing education support.About Us:
