Senior Automation (Mechatronic) Engineer
Full time (40 hours/week).Serve as part of a team of Engineers through contracted projects for Process Automation, Cleaning, and Process Validation within the biopharmaceutical industry. Lead qualification projects for clients with an emphasis on Automation Controls and Engineering for the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Responsibilities:Create and execute commissioning and qualification protocols for automated systems.Walk-down of mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics for accuracy.Perform I/O loop checks, sequence of operation verifications, and alarm and interlock verifications.Apply direct engineering principles related to Computer Systems Validation, and Commissioning/Qualification/Validation protocols for automated systems in FDA regulated industries.Utilize common PLC and DCS software and hardware systems including Alan Bradley and Emerson.Participate in contracted validation projects including managing, leading, preparing, reviewing, and execution of validation protocols including Process Validation Master Plans, as it relates to Automation Engineering.Job Location:

A bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering (or US equivalent) plus 1 year on the job.Salary:
