As a Physical Therapist at Western Slope Health Center, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating residents, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate residents and their families on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle changes to support ongoing recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Proven experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
