As a Physical Therapist with us, you will assess patients' physical condition, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote recovery and wellness. You will collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical and functional status.Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet patients' specific needs and goals.Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as prescribed.Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and preventive care strategies.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Qualifications:
