As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or impairments. You will create personalized treatment plans to assist patients in recovering mobility, reducing pain, and improving their overall physical wellbeing. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our patients' quality of life and helping them regain independence.Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, range of motion, and mobility limitations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, tailored to each patient's needs and goals.Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to enhance patients' strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility.Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention, therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and assistive devices.Regularly assess patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure coordinated and interdisciplinary care.Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.Maintain and update knowledge of the latest research, techniques, and advancements in physical therapy to deliver evidence-based care.Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist.Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist with a diverse patient population is preferred.Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.Ability to create and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and modalities.Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress.Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest research and techniques in the field.Job Type:
