As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement effective rehabilitation programs for patients suffering from physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses. You will work closely with patients to help restore their mobility, reduce pain, improve functionality, and enhance their overall well-being.Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical condition, identify specific impairments, and develop personalized treatment plans.Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and necessary lifestyle modifications.Monitor and document patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to relevant healthcare professionals.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques, equipment, and research.Participate in professional development activities, conferences, and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.Manage and maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation.Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to carry out therapeutic exercises and techniques.Ability to analyze patients' conditions, determine appropriate treatment plans, and evaluate outcomes.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.Compassionate nature, patience, and empathy to support patients during their recovery journey.Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and other relevant healthcare technology.Job Type:
