Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. As a Physical Therapist at you will work closely with a diverse patient population to develop individualized treatment plans, implement therapeutic exercises, and educate patients on injury prevention and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and functional abilities.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function.Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability.Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient or clinical setting.Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
