Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Director of Product Management, where you'll lead and drive the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of our Consumer Experience product offerings. This pivotal role requires a blend of critical thinking, team leadership, and hands-on product management expertise. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our products meet market demands, enhance customer experience, and align with our business goals.
This role is a hybrid role that will work onsite 1-2 days per week at our Boston, MA location. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position. #LinkedIn-Hybrid

The base salary range for this position is between $143,010 to $170,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to develop innovative ideas and actionable plans.
- Establish success metrics that align with company and business goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners.
- Drive the maturity of product management and Agile practices within the organization.
- Work with UX design, engineering, business segments, finance and operational teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Engage with marketing, sales, account management to refine value propositions, target markets and go to market strategies.
- Partner with team members to ensure alignment with business unit objectives and drive new growth opportunities.
- Engage directly with existing and potential customers to ensure products meet their needs.
- Present product vision and strategy to senior leadership and gather feedback.
- Drive customer advisory councils and evangelize our roadmap with customers and partners.
- Conduct market research and leverage driven knowledge to inform product strategy.
- Develop and lead product life cycle from conceptualization to market implementation.
- Evaluate and select vendors to enhance product portfolios.
- Perform regular product reviews and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech, payments or related fields.
- 5 years of leadership experience in leading and developing successful teams.
- Proven success in driving product strategy and product releases.
- Experience with Agile practices and iterative development methodologies.
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent experience or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Deep proven experience of customer engagement processes in B2B and B2B2C commerce.
- Knowledge of payments, FinTech, treasury management useful.
