The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across the organization. This role involves leading the recruitment team, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring the alignment of recruitment strategies with the company’s overall goals and objectives.Education / Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the Oil & Gas IndustryCertification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).Responsibilities:Develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and professional growth.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.Utilize various channels (social media, job boards, career fairs, etc.) to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment support.Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on recruitment metrics and trends.Develop and implement strategies to ensure a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.Promote diversity in all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process.Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.Implement and maintain best practices in recruitment and hiring processes.Complete recruiter audits as needed.Oversee the accurate creation of new hire employee files upon hire.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage subordinate employees or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.Work Environment:This position typically works in an office environment.Standard office equipment is used, including a computer, phone, printer, and copier.The work environment is generally quiet, with moderate noise levels at times.Travel is required for interviews, job fairs, career events, new hire orientation, meetings, and networking functions.Travel may involve driving, flying, or other modes of transportation.Physical Demands:Primarily involves sedentary work; sitting for extended periods.Requires regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.Frequent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.Must be able to exchange accurate information verbally and in writing.Must be able to read and interpret information on a computer screen and paper documents.Requires the ability to hear and understand speech in person and over the phone.NOTE:
