Talent Acquisition Partner
who can partner and assist leaders on recruitment efforts and hiring for our new location. This role will assist hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create a strong pool of candidates for our organization's current and future hiring needs; also, innovatively source candidates through a variety of channels. Partner with Operation Leadership to forecast hiring needs by department.Responsible for advertising recruitment needs for external production positions sourcing potential candidates through various channels including social media.Evaluate applicant qualifications by partnering with hiring managers to interview applicants, analyze applicant responses, verify references, and compare qualifications to the position requirements.Assist with employment branding.Improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition processes and procedures.Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events; foster a collaborative presence when possible.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Assist with the preparation of job descriptions for various roles in the organization.Ensure we avoid foreseeable legal challenges by understanding current legislation/regulations.Ensure others (i.e. hiring managers) involved in the recruitment process (i.e. interviews) are trained to engage with candidates appropriately.You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or similar position preferredManufacturing Industry preferredProfessional certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.)Salary range approximately $54,000 - $72,000 annually.We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin
