Strong Communicator, Self-Starter, Driven, Proactive, Organized, Detail-Oriented
Education –
Bachelors Degree Required
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the C-suite leaders and to the Board of Directors, including meeting materials preparation and administrative follow-up for quarterly meetings.
Provide complex calendar management and prepare travel both domestic and international arrangements.
Conduct research and analysis on issues of interest to the Executive Director.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos.
