One of Addison Group’s nonprofit clients is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support their CEO and team.

$38-42/hr, depending on experience

Candidate profile and qualifications
Experience in –
5+ of executive assistant experience in nonprofit settings
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred!
Proficient in–
Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
Soft Skills –
collaborative, professional, strong communication skills, self-starter
Education –
Preferred, not required; experience can compensate
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing extensive administrative support to the CEO
Coordinating and drafting meeting papers (including agendas and minute taking) for Board meetings.
Preparing travel arrangements and coordinating those logistics.
Processing expense reports and reviewing budget materials.
